Our client is seeking a Lab Supervisor – POC Testing

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 DOE

Quick Facts:

• NY Clinical Laboratory Technologist license is required.
• ASCP registration or equivalent desirable
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Medical Technology training is required.

Description:

• Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, on-call some weekends/rotating schedule
• Direct the operations of the Point of Care Testing program throughout the health system.
• Manage the POC Testing Program budget and oversee the use of supplies and other resources.
• Manage and oversee the daily work of the POC Supervisors.
• Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and assess competency of supervisors.
• Serve as liaison on departmental and institutional committees.
