Job description
Key Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
- Monitor and take patient vital signs and heart rate as needed
- Maintaining lab records and daily work logs
- Assemble and set up medical instruments
- Completes and submits forms for genetic testing
- Administer shots to patients
- Completes MIPs forms and updates EMR
- Updates patients medicine in EMR
- Maintain a clean and sanitary space; sterilize supplies properly
- Other lab functions as needed
Minimum Knowledge, Skill, Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Lab Tech Certificate
- 6+ months of experience
- The ability to learn and follow specific scientific techniques
- Ability to use technical equipment with maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
