Dash In is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor with prior food experience to join our Dash In team for our brand new store in Chantilly, VA! Starting at $18 an hour! Job Purpose and Function Dash In, a Wills Group company, is launching a new innovative, chef-inspired, foodservice concept and is building out the Back of House (BOH) team to execute and deliver an exceptional guest food service experience in a 24/7 retail environment. The Kitchen Supervisor is integral in supporting the Food Service Manager to ensure the day to day back of house kitchen operations run smoothly.

Success in this role will include strong knowledge of food service preparation, safety standards, and training of all kitchen staff. How You’ll Make An Impact • Support the Food Service Manager in engaging and training the team to drive sales through outstanding guest experience and quality food 24/7 • Is knowledgeable and supports the maintenance of Dash In Brand Standards that include high levels of guest engagement, a clean facility, excellence in food safety and production within acceptable ticket time frames, assisting with maintaining a safe environment, and following Dash In operational guidelines • Effectively communicates with the Food Service Manager on needs including ordering and inventory needs • Completes work activities at the direction of the Food Service Manager and Sr. Store Manager • You’ll see to it that the kitchen is clean, organized and well stocked, and that the equipment is properly maintained and in good condition • Throughout the process, you’re training and developing kitchen associates What We’re Looking For • Proven knowledge of kitchen processes and safety standards • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position and kitchen experience • High School Diploma or GED required, culinary education a plus • Ability to multi-task and problem solve • Ability to use technology including POS software • Strong guest-focus with excellent people skills • Active ServSafe Certification preferred Why You Should Join Dash In At Dash In, our mantra is: Learn.
