We are looking for YOU! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the new Kitchen Manager/Chef

This position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. The Chef works well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours hands on.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Take creative culinary ownership of a high-volume, chef driven pub
Manage overall operations of the kitchen
Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining food costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
Qualifications & Skills:

At least 2 years of progressive Culinary experience as an Kitchen Manager/Chef in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
Stress management/composure
Proven leadership and time management skills
Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
