Experience preferred in kitchen managment & cooking.
Job responsibilites will include: overseeing lunch & dinner shifts, hiring, scheduling, inventory & ordering. Menu pricing & planning. Adherence of kitchen sanitation & safety regulations. Preference with organizational skills, ability to train staff appropriately & flexibilty. Professionalism & a love for kitchen & industry life.
Our restaurant is family owned with minimal staff turnover for almost 10 years. We pride ourselves in providing a positive work enviroment & are looking for a long term addition to our kitchen!
We enjoy hosting events at our establishment, along with on site catering.
Looking to make some positive changes in our back of the house!
