Our Brewer and Bangor locations are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions. Sandwich makers, pizza makers and front-of-house.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school grad or equivalent desirable. No previous kitchen experience necessary, but preferred.

PHYSICAL

Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. in weight

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Able to prepare daily prep list for stations’ daily requirements
• Prepare following days or next shifts on-hand levels to meet their expected sales
• Strong organizational skills
• Maintain and implement cleanliness standards
• Follow the recipes to exacting standards- ensure quality and consistency of every batch recipes that goes to proper workstation
• Ensure all slices, scales, refrigeration and cooking equipment are operating correctly and at the proper temperature
• Understands FIFO
