Housekeeping Duties
1. Lobby restrooms (check upon arrival)
___ Check and restock paper product dispensers
___ Check and restock soap dispenser
___ All garbage cans emptied and replace with new bags, bring garbage to outside garbage bin (If Needed)
___ Check toilet stalls and urinals; clean (If Needed)
___ Check sinks, faucet, and counter tops; clean (If Needed)
2. Laundry (check upon arrival)
___ Check laundry: Wash, Dry, and Fold
___ Distribute laundry to correct place
3. Plant Care
___ Water indoor plants 1x a week
___ Water outdoor plants (hot months of year 3x a week and cold months 1x a week)
4. Classroom “A” Clean Up (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday anytime in the A.M.)
___ Clean table tops and chairs with Member’s Mark Commercial Disinfectant Cleaner
___ Clean bathroom sink, faucet, and counter tops with Member’s Mark Commercial
Disinfectant
___ Clean and disinfect bathroom toilet with Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner and toilet brush
(from top to bottom/inside and out)
___ Clean glass doors with glass cleaner
___ Sweep floors and Mop classroom and bathroom floors daily using Member’s Mark Floor
Cleaner
___ All garbage cans emptied and replace with new bags, bring garbage to outside garbage bin
If needed, SUB for the classroom staff break in playground/gym
Kitchen Duties
1. A.M.
Cooler Temperature Form
___ Preparation of AM snack and deliver to classrooms by 8:45
___ In preparation for next day lunch, remove meat from freezer and place in refrigerator on the bottom shelf in a bowl
___ AM snack cleanup
___ Preparation of lunch and deliver to classrooms by 12:00
___ After Lunch Clean-up

___ Washed and disinfected all dishes and cookware
___ Pick-up left over food, label and date and store in fridge for 2 days
___ Snack prepared and delivered to all classrooms by 2:45
___ Kitchen counters cleaned and sanitized with Member’s Mark Commercial
Disinfectant
___ Stove cleaned and sanitized with Member’s Mark Commercial Disinfectant
___ Dishwasher cleaned and sanitized with Member’s Mark Commercial
Disinfectant
___ Picking up rubber mats, sweep floors and mop daily using Member’s Mark Floor Cleaner
___ All garbage cans emptied and replace with new bags, bring garbage to outside garbage bin
___ Cooking equipment and supplies properly put away
___ Daily Cooler Temperature
12:15 – 3:00
Weekly Kitchen Duties
1. Monday
___ Monday weekly groceries; fresh meat properly prepped for freezer storage (cut to child bite size pieces), labeled, and stored in designated area.
2. Friday
___ Kitchen refrigerator cleaned weekly with Member’s Mark Commercial Disinfectant
Cleaner
___ De-lime dishwasher and clean with ProLex Delimer
___ Disinfect and clean kitchen
___ Next week grocery list prepared
___ Weekly and Monthly inventory
