Junior Trader’s Wanted (mid-January to early February 2023 start date)

Scalp Trade is seeking ambitious, curious and math-savvy candidates who are interested in learning equity and equity options trading. You should have excellent problem solving skills, with an eye for detail. If you are someone who looks for solutions, instead of the gravity of a task, we would like to meet you. Individuals with little to no financial experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Integrity and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Committed to learning and the ability to change directions quickly
• Self motivated, with a determination to put in the necessary time to become successful.
• Identify and investigate potential opportunities
• Interest in learning about advanced options concepts
• Ability to execute tasks under market pressure and within time constraints
• Entrepreneurial spirit when it comes to new projects / improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong math, analytical and problem solving skills
• Programming/scripting capability a bonus
• Strong research, communication and writing skills
• Self-starter and competitive

Compensation is market rate coupled with a discretionary annual bonus.
