Job description
We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join one of our teams on one of our client sites located in Framingham Massachusetts. This position will report directly to the IT director. You will be onsite Monday thru Friday from 8a-5p.
- Provide white glove support to end users
- Spearhead network connectivity issues across the environment
- Work extensively in Active Directory
- Deploy and support various operating systems ( Windows, Mac and Chromebook)
- Support standard applications such as Microsoft Office, Browser Programs and Anti-Virus
- Document and escalate call tickets to IT groups for further support
What you'll need for this role:
- A+ Certification (preferred
- CCNA (preferred)
- 2-3 years experience in hardware and software support
- Experience with Microsoft server and Active Directory
- Bachelor degree preferred
