Job Summary:

Provides Information Technology capabilities to the organization that spans operational support for technical infrastructure and security, personal computing/mobile device management, general applications support that includes end-user support.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, IT / Business / Computer Science preferred

2. 1-2 years hands-on/work experience in Microsoft 365, Google Enterprise, Networking, Knox Manage or similar MDM (Mobile Device Management) software

3. Experience in supporting cloud-based applications

4. Experience with PAYCOM, HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) ,Forcura, AxisCare preferred

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to work with different levels of the organization to identify automated solutions as needed

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

9. Self-starter

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

· Provide end-user support for personal computing and mobile devices, network services, office productivity applications; setup and maintain IT equipment for employees/contractors;

· Maintain up-to-date records for all IT and IT-related equipment.

· Provide end-user support for business applications; coordinate with key end-users and software vendor support to resolve issues.

· Ensure up-to-date documentation on IT processes

· Work with / Assist HR in User Administration of business applications

· Monitor / Review application updates or outage notices from software vendors - plan and take necessary action to ensure software / applications are kept up-to-date, notify management, key end-users or general end-user population as necessary

· Ensure compliance of IT processes in accordance with HIPAA, Data and Cybersecurity policies and guidelines.

· Provide insight and recommendations on IT solutions as needed

· Communicates necessary information to Supervisor and management team to ensure coordination of services and activities.
