Mark-Taylor Residential is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who is ambitious, authentic and passionate about design. We are interested in someone who is a detail-oriented professional with a creative mindset – this individual will develop a wide range of graphics for print, digital marketing and communications to Mark-Taylor's internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate is a people-person, who loves to work with a diverse group of individuals to achieve big goals. Described as a team player, this candidate also works well independently with autonomy. Additionally, they have a passion for creating engaging graphics for a variety of media that follow the organization's brand guidelines. They have creative flair and a strong ability to execute visual storytelling, in collaboration with internal/external partners, in the form of memorable design work.

We wish to hire a goal-oriented and creative professional willing to "curl the ribbon." This means they are prepared to see a project through from beginning to end; this individual takes extreme ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold brand look and feel consistently across all creative deliverables
• Conceptualize and effectively communicate ideas
• Work closely with Creative Leadership to determine specific design needs and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Conceptualize and design creative graphics for print and digital marketing/communications deliverables inclusive of: Branded templates, infographics, website graphics, banners, brochure, and more using a variety of programs (Adobe, Office, etc.)
• Update and create graphic presentations as well as other collateral for internal/external-facing audiences locally, regionally and nationally
• Execute effective time management skills by navigating evolving project schedules and timelines while ensuring quality standards are met
• Utilize project management systems, such as Monday, to track tasks in queue, in progress and completed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related course of study
• A comprehensive portfolio that showcases a variety of projects
• Experience with branding/logo conception
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of printing processes and specifications
• Technical knowledge of file preparation and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting evolving, time-sensitive deadlines
