Job description
The
JTM Coordinator will perform assigned functions at Almac Clinical Services relevant to the JTM packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. Employee will be required to perform assigned functions within the JTM processing area (no exposed product).
In addition, employee will be required to perform duties of a Production Coordinator within the Secondary Packaging area when required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accept and perform leadership role while in JTM processing suites including:
- Training the team on the requirements of the JTM work order and monitoring their performance to ensure the finished product is being labelled and assembled correctly
- Execute batch documents including:
- Picking (physical and electronic) of material, labels and packaging components
- First identity check of material, labels and packaging components
- Labelling and inspection of finished goods supplies
- Reconciliation of input material and labels
- Work order completion tasks using the COSMOS system
- Manually recording required details in the batch document according to appropriate Almac Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s)
- Must be able to perform JTM Coordinator functions as detailed in the batch document and SOPs within the following environmental conditions:
- Ambient (15-25°C)
- Cold Store (2-8°C)
- Frozen conditions (-20°)
- Perform and ensure that thorough, routine cleaning of the JTM area and suites is performed according to appropriate SOPs and cGMP.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years work experience
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working as a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Production Coordinator
- Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
- Team Lead or Group Lead experience (not required to be in Pharmaceutical)
- Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
