About This Position:
The Quality Assurance Engineer will develop an overall QA Strategy, develop and execute assurance test plans and test caes for both client and internal applications. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also evaluate and test changes before implementation into production systems.
- This position works to Develop Quality Assurance Strategy
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
- Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and test cases for both client and internal applications
- Execute software test cycles, regression testing, record results and reports anomalies.
- Provide feedback and work with Developers to reproduce and resolve software defects.
- Develop the testing strategy for new greenfield software products
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Work with other teams within the organization and end users to ensure changes and enhancements meet requirements.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- 5+ years of software QA experience, creating test plans and test analysis
- 5+ years of Experience in these Test Automation tools are required
- Selenium, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, React, Postman
- BS in Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent work experience
- A solid understanding of C#, the .NET platform, and SQL to create effective tests in our environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system
- Strong scripting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of networking
- Must pass background, credit, and drug checks
