ngredi, Inc.is a placement/ recruiting agency in Torrance, CA. We are currently seeking a full-hour or part-time Spanish Bilingual (Conversational) Placement Coordinator to assist Senior Consultant.

Position Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: Torrance, CA

Business Hour: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Flex)

Training will be held in the office; Must commute to the office (3 to 4 days/ week)

Work from home when training is completed

Pay rate: $15.00/hr. ~ $17.00/hr. (DOE) + Monthly Incentive Program

This job description is inclusive of, but is not necessarily limited to the following:

Responsibilities as Placement Coordinator

• Assist and work closely with senior consultant.
• Post job openings to appropriate media.
• Operation assisting tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and answering phone calls.
• Contact candidates (job seekers) in English or Spanish.
• Scheduling meeting with candidates and arranging interviews for candidates and clients.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources and employee referrals.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Other supportive duties may be assigned.

General Requirements

English Language-- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Spanish Language– Conversational only

Clerical -- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.

Communications and Media -- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Interacting With Computers-- Using computers, set up functions, enter data, or process information.

Customer Service-- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for services.
