Job Description
Job Coordinator (Job Coach/Driver) wanted for EASTCONN's Transition Academy located in Windham. This position will include working with EASTCONN's vocational team to assist with transporting and job coaching as part of the transition program. This staff person will transport students to and from vocational sites and work in a job coach capacity.
Required for appointment:
This staff person must be willing an able to obtain an STV license to transport students.
Experience working with students ages 18-22 with social, emotional and behavioral issues is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
