Responsibilities:
Assisting individuals with disabilities to maintain competitive employment by providing on or off-site supplemental task training, advocacy, and job retention support
Maintain ongoing communication with the individual, the individual’s employer, referral counselor, and collaterals per funding source regulations.
Accurately complete necessary documentation in a timely manner; ensure compliance and other standards for proper maintenance of individual case records.
Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Experience working as a job coach or similar preferred. Reliable transportation. Valid NYS driver license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s liability insurance.
