We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for 3 part time Job Coach positions in our Little Falls, and St. Cloud areas. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer, and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $17 per hour with a $1 or $2 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends. Qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. We welcome and appreciate experience and higher education but are willing to train any individual with a desire to work in our industry.

The current available positions are as follows:

1.

Location: St. Cloud

Position: Supporting an individual in a recycling plan setting who helps on the line with sorting. This individual works Mondays-Thursdays from 10:00am-4:00pm.

2.

Location: Little Falls

Position: Supporting an individual in a janitorial setting with general light cleaning. This individual works Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am-1:00pm with every other Sunday 8am-11am.

3.

Position:

On call float positions to cover staff vacations, illness or unforeseen schedule changes of individuals receiving services. Hours will vary based on need and there could be ability to pick up hours in other locations if desired.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
