assigned accounts.We provide Janitorial services for commercial businesses and are looking to expand our team with a Supervisor/Account Manager in the Tampa Bay Area.Oversees contractors/employees to ensure work is completed to service
specifications, standards and contractual obligations. Serve as a customer
services contact while maintaining and managing company assets.Duties include but are not limited to:-Filling in as needed when coverage cannot beobtained for call outs from cleaning
contractors/employees.-Train and reinforcement of training when necessary

-Contacting contractor/employee to ensure a
productive flow of communication on issues and
concerns. -Utilize QC procedures, methods and reporting
formats.

-Solicits feedback and reports areas for operational
improvement

-Utilization of call cycle to ensure a minimum of 85%
successful completion of scheduled site visits

-Issue corrective action with contractor/employee
and set follow up expectations with
contractor/employee until resolution is found

-Maintain respectful communication with
contractor/employees to be sure everyone feels
respected and valued.

-Evaluates work performance of
contractor/employees by completing scorecard
while completing site visits

You must be capable of working nights and weekends. We are located in the Odessa/Trinity area. Most of your time working will be spent during evening hours from 4:30pm to 1:30am, but there are times when weekends are necessary.

We prefer candidates that have had similar experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Pay $39,000- $40,000 starting
