Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a qualified individual to manage janitorial and floorcare projects. This is a full-time Friday through Monday position

$200 bonus after 90 days!!!

Shift: Must have availability to work between 10am and 6pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, & Mondays

Pay:$18-$20/hr based on experience

Position Purpose:

To oversee the cleaning and floorcare staff at multiple locations, ensure all job tasks are complete, effectively communicate with staff and Director of Operations, complete routine inspections, verify that all projects have been completed, equipment and supplies returned to home office, and facility has been secured.

Major Job Functions:.

• Ensuring all cleaning procedures and policies are followed.
• Training, cross-trainingand retraining emploees.
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently
• Set agenda for the week on any special projects or focus areas
• Perform inspections of each cleaning project
• Responsible for making sure the cleaning staff is working within budgeted hours.
• Working side by side with cleaners, floor techs, and team leads when necessary
• Managing team leaders, cleaners, and floor technicians in all aspects of the company's requirements and policies
• Communicating all staffing changes and needs with Human Resources
• Communicating all matters to the Director of Operations

• Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
• Must have own reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple facilities during the same shift
