Position Information:

• Department: Maintenance - Cleaning duties to be performed in Human Service Office Buildings, Public Health Office Buildings and Judicial Center Building
• Located in Hot Sulphur Springs, CO

Multiple positions available:

• Part time position (24 hours per week). Opportunity for flexible work schedule. This position includes benefits (medical, dental and life insurance; matching retirement plan; paid leave time).
• Part time position (approximately 6 hours per week). Opportunity for flexible work schedule. This position does not have any benefits.
• Grade 102, minimum rate = $15.75/hour (pay may be higher DOQE)

Position Duties:
Responsible for keeping assigned buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Reports system and maintenance problems. Please see attached class specification for more details.

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or general education diploma (GEDO; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to pass background check.
