ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER POSITION:
Must be at least 15 1/2 years of age. Able to lift 20-40 pounds regularly throughout a 4-8 hour shift. Able to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift. Able to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F. Basic computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills. Cash handling experience and customer service experience preferred but not required for team members.
ABOUT THE TEAM LEAD (SHIFT SUPERVISOR) POSITION:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to work variable shifts (opening, mid-shift and closing) and accommodate a flexible schedule preferred. Able to stand, bend, scoop and walk throughout assigned shift. Must lift and carry 10-50 pounds regularly. Able to move freely throughout the store, including in walk-in refrigerator & freezers with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F. Ability to operate store equipment.
ABOUT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION:
Jamba Assistant Managers assist the Store Manager by assuming an active role in providing an outstanding customer experience, a high quality, consistent product and sound financial results. Assistant Managers are required to demonstrate strong customer service and core values and be action and solution oriented.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months experience as a Team Lead with Jamba Juice or prior management experience. Must have experience supervising line, staff and management positions. This position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule. Our Assistant Managers must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
