Title:
Entry Level IT Technician

Summary:
We are an outstanding automobile dealership with a fast growing IT infrastructure. We are looking for an entry level technician to be a new member of our fast paced and member oriented team. In this position you will be tasked in dealing with basic end user requests such as printing,
VoIP, and issues within Windows. There will be large amounts of room for growth, learning and responsibility in your role.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Duties:

• Responding to end user requests
• Basic hardware replacement/installation
• Assisting in company wide IT projects
• Inventory Management
• Documentation

Hard Skills:

• Tech Savvy
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
• Basic understanding of Windows 10 OS
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and physically climb under desks

Soft Skills:

• Accountable
• Problem solving / Critical thinking
• Eagerness to learn
• Good Communication Skills
• Work well in a task-oriented environment

Opportunities to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
