Role Summary:
Come join the newly formed Watson-Marlow Devens team and advance your career as IT/IS Support Technician at the new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. $100M+ has been invested to expand our global manufacturing capabilities to meet continued growth in the Life Sciences and Process Industrial markets.

Key accountabilities include:
You will provide 1st line support for any IT incident or requests and:
- Take part in a key role in the on-going build-out and support of our IT infrastructure (routers, switches, MDF and IDF rooms)
- You will passionately support IT operations to meet customer requirements and expectations as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions.
- Ownership of the help desk tickets and supporting onsite and remote users.
- You will help onboard employees by providing fully configured IT equipment and user training
- You will have patience when providing guidance, support, and mentoring to colleagues.
This is what you'll need to be successful in this role:
You will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years commercial experience within a similar role and have:
- Experience diagnosing and resolving problems in a multi-site environment
- Experience with Cisco Meraki equipment (firewalls, switches, access points), troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired although not essential
- Experiencing working with PC’s, IoT devices, VLANs, LAN/WAN in an enterprise environment
- Remote PC and software support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain services, SharePoint, and Office365 environments
- Knowledge of system security and last privilege access control is advantageous
- Experience with build-out of conference room solutions
