Sandstone Care is hiring for a full time IT Support Specialist to support our facilities in the DMV. Our IT team is more than just operational support - they play a key role in the day to day functioning of our programs so that our team can provide exceptional care to the clients we serve. Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00am to 6:30pm EST
Location: Crownsville, Maryland
- Occasional travel to other facilities Required - Mileage reimbursement provided
In This Position You Will:
- Respond to and support all IT tickets and support request from our staff on the East Coast
- Work with all locations to trouble shoot any network issues or outages
- Work with all sites to ensure that IT systems are working properly, including hardware, software, and security systems.
Compensation: $21.63 Per Hour + Full Tim Benefits

Position Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field and/or CompTIA A+ Required
- Previous experience in IT support Required
