Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities
Creative Health Services, a community based mental health facility in Pottstown, PA, is looking to hire an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing end-user support to our 350+ network users on hardware, software, and some network-related issues. Job duties are as follows:

  • analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues for all Creative Health’s users
  • Provide our staff with prompt and courteous service
  • Document all service details in help desk system to keep team and staff well informed
  • Prioritize tasks using help desk ticketing system
  • Some system imaging and profiling for users
  • New staff on-boarding tasks (Active Directory, Electronic Health Records, Office 365 setup)
  • Maintain fleet of Canon copiers spread across our 7 locations
  • Assist staff with Telehealth issues working in Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Setup and support mobile devices such as iPads and cell phones via mobile device management platform
  • Assist staff with use of Electronic Health Records software
  • Assist users with use of office 365 applications
  • Assist team with hardware evaluation and application research and development
  • Assist users with data management and retrieval when necessary
  • Staff training maybe be required on occasion
  • Assisting staff with VOIP Phone issues
  • Other various IT related duties assigned by Director of Technology

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
  • Professional Certifications (A+, Network+, MCSA, or MS Role Based Certifications) preferred
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in a professional IT Work Environment
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting multiple computer operating systems (Windows and Mac) as well as IOS and Android mobility platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 Applications
  • Ability to administer help desk system and complete technical requests from staff in a timely and thorough manner
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
  • Ability to analyze staff needs and offer recommendations to boost efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to train staff on technology used by our organization when needed
  • Familiarity with VMWare and accessing virtual resources
  • Knowledge of administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • In-depth knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills are a must
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of Zoom and MS Teams web meeting software
  • Good organizational and documentation skills are required
  • Strong Analytical, diagnostic, and problem solving skills
  • Team player who can also work independently

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems and applications. Good customer service skills are a must. Good work ethics. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
