Position Summary: Responsible for providing IT support to HHS and Agape

Job Requirements:

1) Education at a minimum: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field

2) Work experience: Minimum one year of related experience required. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.

3) Full background check: Potential staff members must pass a full state and federal criminal background check.

This position reports directly to the Operations Director. This position provides support to the IT department by installing and maintaining computer equipment and programs as needed. This position also assists staff members with all technology related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Communicates with employees and vendors via phone, email, and in-person

· Installs and ensures proper functioning of various software and programs.

· Provides proper maintenance of company technology

· Completes repairs on equipment when necessary

· Troubleshoots technology related issues in order to ensure smooth office operations

· Creates accounts for staff with various programs

· Generates reports as requested

· Maintains proper records

· Completes additional functions when necessary

All responsibilities discussed above will be performed for HHS and Agape organizations.

Skills:

· Proficiency in the use of basic Microsoft office suite applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point, strong typing skills

· Good time management as well as verbal and written communication skills

· Professional manner and strong ethical code

· Willingness to gain an understanding of the company and the department’s procedures

· Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive

· Commitment to working efficiently and accurately

· Time management

Working Conditions:

· Normal working conditions

· Regular exposure to patients with a variety of physical and psychiatric problems

· May include some exposure to infection, injury, and biomedical and biochemical waste

· Located in a busy, open area office

· May be faced with constant interruptions and must be able to meet with others on a regular basis.

Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, bending, average range of hearing and vision.

Reports To: Operations Director
