What you will do
We are looking for a business development manager to prospect new clients in an open market (s) with an established reputation and unique service offerings.
You will spend the majority of your time cultivating new business. This will include making calls, meeting prospects, attending industry events, networking, marketing campaigns, and leveraging the Genesis10 brand for Talent Solution opportunities from staffing augmentation, ERP Solutioning, our G10 program for early career, and our Dev10 program for the next generation of entry-level software developers.

What you will bring
- 2 to 5+ years of related sales experience, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Ability to professionally represent Genesis10 as the partner of choice with new and existing clients
- Ability to partner closely with internal recruiting teams by setting priorities and delivering timely feedback to deliver the best available talent
- Ability to be trained to sell TaaS (Talent as a Service) including; ERP Solutions, Emerging Leaders Program, and Delivery center solutions.
- Be able to effectively plan your day and week and update Genesis10 systems in a timely manner.
- Experienced user of software CRM tools
- Reside in Kansas City/St Louis area
