Job description
The IT Security Analyst role aids in the development of a formal SecOps team within Sport Clips, Inc. (SCI), Inc which will allow us to have additional IT Security support in office. This position exists to support the Director of Information Security, and the Chief Technology & Security Officer in cybersecurity, IT security, and related activities. The individual will analyze current toolsets and recommend modifications or assist in the implementation of new process and technologies.
Scope:The ISA is an individual contributor that will report to the Director of Information Security. Main areas of responsibility will include cybersecurity technologies that impact servers, workstations, databases, network devices, and vendor architecture. A high level of problem-solving and judgement skillets are required to maintain business uptime while reducing risk to Sport Clips. This role requires technical skills and the ability to translate IT security requirements that increase the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Sport Clips data.

- The ISA should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT or IT security related roles
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent education
- IT security certifications preferred such as Microsoft Azure (AZ 500,104), Security+, CEH, AWSCP
- Knowledge IT security toolsets (Ticketing, Logging, Next Gen AV, Firewalls, Encryption, Access Control)
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks (PCI, NIST 800-53, SOC2)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Minimum of 2 days at the Support Center and 3 days working remotely
