The IT Manager is accountable for providing leadership, vision, and oversight for information systems and technology for Auro Hotels' corporate office and it's large portfolio of hotels. The IT Manager will serve as a strategic partner and demonstrate the ability to see the big picture in terms of consequences and scope when planning and implementing the changes necessary for the future growth and success of the company.Reporting to the VP of IT, the IT Manager will maintain frequent and close working relationships with senior staff and department heads at the Corporate Office as well as Regional Directors and unit level GM's. The IT Manager will also develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors, franchisors, and technology managers of industry peers to keep abreast of developments which may affect the Company.
