IT Help Desk Seasonal

Advise / Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Help Desk -Seasonal to provide Tier I phone support for internal users.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who can:

  • Function as first point of contact for end users
  • Respond to support requests via telephone
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questioning
  • Ensure optimum customer experience and satisfaction
  • Escalate unresolved items to engineering team, following up as needed with end user and engineering
  • Review end-user documentation for accuracy and usability
  • Adhere to shift schedule and other departmental and company policies
  • Collaborate regularly with team members in Helpdesk Teams channel to stay up-to-date and build cohesiveness.
  • Create end user documentation when gaps are identified
  • Assist with testing out changes to internal applications
  • Contribute to Confluence and Sharepoint
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficient with computers and technology

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
