Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, troubleshoot, and manage company computer systems
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures and monitor company compliance with requirements for cybersecurity, physical, virtual, and electronic access controls, data, systems, and network back-up and recovery plan, and other possible risks to the company's critical IT network elements and infrastructure.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
• Keep up to date with the latest IT updates on technology and equipment.
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Team player.
• Always open to learning, updating and upgrading self-knowledge needed for the job.
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
