Summary:
This role is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, documentation, and reliable operation of the company’s technology systems. The Technology Systems Administrator ensures that the internal IT structure of the company remains fully functional, reliable, and up to date while manifesting the IT Department's core values of Honesty, Dependability, and Service. This role reports to the General Manager.

Key Results Area #1 – Design and Implement*

• Design or select technology systems (phones, computers, printers, network, security, programs, controls, etc.) that support business operations
• Identify current and future technology system needs
• Coordinate the design and development with Leadership

• Implement approved technology systems
• Implement new systems valuable to production and productivity
• Upgrade/repurpose equipment throughout the company site(s)
• Coordinate activities with Leadership and Team Members

Key Results Area #2 – Support and Train

• Educate and train employees on new and current equipment, software, and procedures
• Software training
• More efficient computer use
• Implement and train new procedures and guidelines.

• Troubleshoot & repair systems
• Address and document system faults and/or failures
• Mend employee equipment issues in a timely manner

Key Results Area #3 – Maintain

• Monitor performance of technology systems
• Identify issues (acute or chronic)
• Ameliorate current systems (hardware, software, network, procedures)

• Implement strategic maintenance schedules
• Prepare for failures, striving for an uninterrupted production process, minimizing downtime as much as possible.
• Lower risk of failure by identifying and replacing failing or expired equipment

This is an on-site position. Compensation is heavily dependent on relevant skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
