In this role, the Analyst will support and work directly with senior management supporting research and transaction execution activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and industry research to support buy and sell-side activities
- Monitor market and industry trends
- Prepare pitch-book materials and case studies
- Coordinate transaction processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain client and transaction databases
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proven ability to problem solve and think creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with ability to conduct complex financial modeling and analysis
