Your Role
The Operations Manager directs the daily activities of the warehouse and production logistics functions, including labor scheduling, management and the proper use of space, equipment and workforce. Main responsibilities include: Staffing, warehouse operations, maintenance of the facility and equipment, implementation of safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs, budgeting and customer service.Your Responsibilities
- Direct programs to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and use of the facility and equipment.
- Plan and schedule all distribution services including receiving, storing, sequencing, delivery to the production area, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Plan long range labor needs based on production forecasts and input from management.
- Make recommendations to General Manager (GM) on programs to improve operation's goals.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Your Skills and Experiences
- 5 years of leadership experience in a faced-paced warehouse/production logistics environment.
- Inventory leadership experience
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of WMS
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions)
