Inventory Controller
Job Summary:
At Perpetual Equestrian, we strive to serve our customers the way we would like to be treated. We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, organized and dedicated to keeping a safe work environment. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing the company’s inventory levels and keeping the inventory stored in a cost-effective manner. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM. Overtime dependent on seasonal business needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitors and maintains an accurate running inventory.
• Manage and perform physical cycle counts on inventory.
• Records and reports defective items.
• Labels shelves.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, bin locations, quantity at each level, and expiration dates in an ERP System.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, track and report inventory issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient with inventory control systems.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Great physical stamina.

Education and Experience:

• Previous working experience as an Inventory Controller is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
