On Target ABA - Autism Therapy For Kids

On Target ABA is looking for intervention specialists and instructional aides to implement IEPs and follow ABA treatment plans provide therapy to young children with autism in NEW Worthington, Ohio center, as well as in homes and daycares throughout the Greater Columbus area. The work will be supervised by a BCBA and extensive training in the specific methodologies of ABA will be provided.

We are currently looking for staff to service clients in the following areas:

New Worthington Center, Blacklick, Canal Winchester, Columbus, Delaware, Dublin, Etna, Grove City, Grovesport, Hilliard, Lewis Center, Newark, Pataskala, Pickerington, Powell, Reynoldsburg, Urbancrest, Westerville

The bulk of our clients are early learners ages 18 months-5 years, but have clients up to age 14.

At On Target ABA, we try to maintain a collaborative, fun, and positive work environment. The candidate should be a team-player with good people's skills who connects well with children and staff.

We provide fieldwork opportunities and free BCBA supervision for candidates looking to get trained in and accrue BACB unrestricted hours.
