Position summary

As an Internet Installation Technician you will be responsible for assisting and completing orders for internet, cable, and phone; as well as repairs, facilities maintenance, among other tasks.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• Customer interaction experience
• Valid Class D Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Good computer operation, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt and embrace new technology and products; work effectively with a wide variety of personalities
• Ability to effectively communicate and educate customers on company product; remain calm and level headed when working with service disruptions or outages

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a technical field position
• Basic electronics and IP knowledge
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication equipment and installation

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, plus on-call rotation which includes weekends. Work days may vary with workload, and overtime as needed.

Location

This position will be located in Grand Meadow, MN.
