Job description
  • Conduct international outreach by developing, organizing, implementing, and overseeing client outreach strategies to advertise our firm's services tailored to international clients and the management of accounting for their finances;
  • Consistently develop and update a roster of potential international clients and accounts;
  • Gather data on potential international client companies and compile into reports to be used and understood by superiors and team;
  • Set specific outreach deadlines, figures, quotas, and goals to ensure successful outcomes and to report progress to superiors;
  • Utilize background and understanding of foreign markets, to attract international clients seeking to make investments to the United States;
  • Introduce different investment services to clients based on initial interpretation of their financial documents;
  • Assist with analyzing clients' overall personal and company financial state, identifying trends, and making recommendations;
  • Consistently monitor the effectiveness of existing marketing and outreach initiatives relating to international clients and make necessary changes based on international financial and economic climate for better results;
  • Devise strategic plans and suggest methods to maintain international clients and accounts for the long term;
  • Network and build connections with our counterparts abroad;
  • Closely monitor, report, and clarify any breaking international and domestic policies and changes that affect those involved in finance, investment and business to enhance credibility of our services and knowledge of such topics;
  • Connect with accounting, business, and finance related media sources to promote our firm and services;
  • Write and publish about recent updates and changes affecting domestic and international clients, based on International Relations related changes and policies;
  • Use International Relations knowledge and expertise to predict the need for foreign clients and businesses to seek financial opportunities and security of their financial assets outside of their home countries;
  • Monitor international trends and policies and evaluate their effect on clients from certain countries and their diplomatic relations with the United States, and determine the effects of such changes on our client(s);
  • Research international finance and relations to identify the most opportune areas to focus our marketing efforts and the promotion of our services.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, International Relations or its foreign equivalent;
  • Must have basic knowledge to understand and interpret financial documents, including: Budgets, Federal Tax Return forms, balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows;
  • Must be able to identify and analyze international policies and regulations involving world economics, tariffs, treaties, and investments.
