A busy Insurance Agency Company in Burlingame CA, is looking for 2 full time office positions - Application Data Assistant & Claims Assistant. We are seeking for qualified personnel who are bilingual in Mandarin ; are organized, dedicated, self-motivated, multi-tasking, and with excellent communication skills. If you like working in a friendly and rewarding work environment for a growing company, these positions will be for you. NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE WILL TRAIN. MUST SPEAK CHINESE - MANDARIN.

POSITION SUMMARY & REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for qualified individuals who meet the following:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have Computer proficiency, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet browsers.
- Must be able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment with a high volume of incoming calls.
- Must be responsible and reliable with a good attendance record.
- Must have superior organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with peers.
- Must be a fast learner, responsible, honest and dependable.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with the highest degree of professionalism.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS-

Full Time M-F 9AM-6PM with an hour lunch

Entry Level starting salary is $20/hr. & up with full health benefits
