Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Compensation:
$55,000 - $92,000
Responsibilities:- Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
- Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
- Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
- Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
- Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
- Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
