Position – Insurance Sales – Thornton, PA

We are Independent Agents in Thornton, Pennsylvania, free to choose the best carrier for your insurance needs. We do not work for an insurance company; we work for you. We work on your side when you have a loss and follow through to see that you get fair, prompt payment and service. Neale J. As part of our agency, the Insurance Sales Representatives overall responsibilities will be to ensure our customers receive timely and quality service, troubleshooting our clients’ needs and assisting in the management of our clients’ insurance policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist new clients by doing intakes of personal information accurately, to ensure quotes are provided timely.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service which includes inquiries about, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions.
• Assists the service team in developing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the overall needs of our clients are being met.
• Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years customer service experience, Insurance industry required.
• Work Independently
• High School degree required.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Property & Casualty License Required
• Life Insurance License Preferred

BENEFITS:

• Paid Time Off (PTO) – 2 weeks

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
