Description

• Sales Support — Colleague will facilitate account opening, maintenance and trade execution; resolve trade issues; respond to client inquiry.
• Product Support — Colleague will onboard clients, process trades and create and maintain client-facing marketing materials for Liquidity Portal.
• Data Management & Reporting — Colleague will prepare daily and monthly reporting for off balance sheet product alternatives.
• Communication — Colleague will be responsible for partnering with Sales, Trading, Operations and Front Office colleagues to enhance client relationships.
• Projects – Colleague will respond to Request For Proposal (RFP) inquires, create presentations and respond to audit requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of financial services including operations or analyst experience
• FINRA Series 7 obtained within 60 days of hire
• FINRA Series 63 obtained within 60 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of brokerage/investment or comparable experience
• Strong Excel skills, specifically pivot tables and charting
• Strong written and verbal communication skill set
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bloomberg
• Teamwork and attention to detail are paramount
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; adaptive to change

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
