We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual to work directly with clients and their pets installing, training, troubleshooting and promoting Invisible Fence Brand® systems within our service territory.

Responsibilities:

• Install and service Invisible Fence® Brand solutions at client's homes by laying wire, mounting equipment, identifying problems and making necessary repairs.
• Effectively train pets to Invisible Fence® Brand solutions following company guidelines.
• Assist client's in designing and confirming layouts at their homes.
• Offer and sell additional solutions to client's when applicable.
• Collect all necessary paperwork and payments and submit to general manager in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and keep all assigned equipment in good working order. Notify GM of any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear communication with office staff during the workday regarding any changes in scheduling, appointments, etc.
• Work alongside office staff to maintain a proper inventory of equipment for service vehicles.
• Participate in trainings and webinars for new products and services.
• Consistently deliver positive, friendly and professional service at all times.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.

· People-oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working as a team player.

· Able to adapt quickly and in a positive manner to changes in daily plans.

· Must enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting.

· Must be dependable – more reliable than spontaneous.

· Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.

· Experience using power tools preferred.

· A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

· Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.

· Must be willing to work some Saturdays.

· Able to do physical work including climbing, walking, digging and loading/unloading equipment.

· Able to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

· Must be proficient with internet and able to learn new software quickly.
