Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
Inspector/Packers will support the manufacture of high value / high speed pouches, working closely with other integrated positions and departments, while maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
12 Hour Straight Days or Nights, 2-2-3 Shift running from 6-6.
Work just 3 or 4 days a week and shift schedules provided a whole calendar year in advance! Enjoy a three day weekend every other weekend!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS AN INSPECTOR/PACKER:
- Inspect and package finished product in a high-speed operation
- Responsible for safety of yourself and others around you
- Ensuring quality of the product being manufactured
- Maintaining high awareness to waste and productivity standards
- Training of other employees in the position
- Maintain housekeeping for assigned area
- Assist operator when needed on the machine
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
- Prior packaging experience preferred, but not required
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Work safely in a progressive manufacturing environment
- Ability to read a ruler to mm or 1/32”
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Intermediate math skills
- Good visual acuity for inspection of product
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as a team member
