Your Role


Support the CTS Service Sales team by initiating and following up on quotes generated by the Service Sales team and on other customer inquiries.


Roles and Responsibilities


Support the service operations and sales team from an internal position. This person must be able to manage the entire sales process and have technical knowledge of the compressed air system.


Service existing accounts, obtain orders, grow service plan portfolio and contact prospect new accounts through planning and organizing a daily schedule to call on current and potential sales outlets.


Secure recommended repair leads from regional service technicians, qualify the leads and either provide a price quotation directly to the customer or forward the lead to the relevant Service Sales Manager for follow-up.


Candidate must be comfortable with communicating over the phone, making cold calls and managing daily activities in business quoting system.


Follow up with proactive lead generation with 24-48 hours.


Timely and accurate reporting to the Regional Inside Sales Supervisor on sales activity is a must.


This position is expected to significantly drive revenue growth from new and existing customers, meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through proactive sales.


Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.


Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.


Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary.


Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience


Successful candidates must be comfortable making outbound phone calls, generating interest, must have a strong technical background and be comfortable making recommendations and identifying the bill of materials for complex repairs. Previous sales experience a plus, but not mandatory.


Education


Internship/exposure to related field a plus OR equivalent work experience.


Skills


You must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proactive with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills. Must be an efficient, proven multi-tasker who has a high level of energy and remains calm in high energy environment. Must be independent and able to achieve targets with minimum supervision. Must be highly customer service oriented, trustworthy, dependable, passionate and a team player.
