Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding the customer journey, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will be responsible for building customer rapport and achieve customer trust and satisfaction. A competitive, sales driven personality along with great listening skills to understand the customers wants and needs. The ability to cross sell/ upsell additional products and services to achieve maximum AOS potential. Experience in selling Soft or Durable Goods is necessary with Durable Goods preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with inbound calling customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Ability to sell, promote products and services while providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Work Independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Text); sometimes simultaneously.
- Communicate with online/inbound customers as inquiries come up to identify needs and areas of opportunity.
- Knowledge and execution of sales process from initiation to close
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- ERP and CRM experience
- Durable or Soft Goods experience
- Experience meeting sales quotas and KPI’s
- At least 2 years of sales experience. Online Sales experience highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required but being bi-lingual is a plus.
Education and Training:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
