The Rental Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales of machinery and heavy equipment rentals to customers. Responsibilities include: • Primary customer contact at branch • Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs • Assist Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental orders • Dispatch haul trucks • Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders Position requirements: • College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements • Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Strongly preferred experience: • Bilingual English/Spanish • Knowledge of CAT equipment • Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
