JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Rep will contact Complete Hydraulic customers that an HSR isn’t assigned to, in order to increase parts and service sales and to build better relationships with those customers. The Inside Sales Rep will contact customers in any market segment served by Complete Hydraulics. The Inside Sales rep will work together with HSRs on incoming leads on hydraulic components. Some of the first years will be spent qualifying accounts and updating customer information but always our first goal is to increase parts and service sales by servicing the customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED.
Strong customer service experience is a must. Prior industry knowledge of the products along with a technical background of the products sold and serviced is a plus. Must be highly motivated, with superior communication and customer interaction skills along with good organizational skills. Solid computer skills are important. Telephone sales experience or outside sales experience desired. Proficient in MS Office applications. Must have a strong sales orientation and a mechanical aptitude. Must have the ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and a teamwork ethic.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
