Summary:
You will be supporting the Installing/Scheduling side of the Inside Sales Team. We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator Team Lead to join our successful and highly motivated team here at ClearCaptions. Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor the Team Lead would serve as a resource for the Inside Sales Representatives by responding to staff inquiries and escalations. The Inside Sales Coordinator Team Lead assists in the assignment of work distribution to staff and follows through on completion of these tasks. The Team Lead will manage partner install job boards, related activity and reporting for installs of sales leads and support sales functions within ClearCaptions.
The Team Lead will report directly to the Inside Sales Representative Supervisor and will be based at home.

What you will do:
  • Serve as the first resource for team member questions, communicating with the Inside Sales Supervisor for any potential escalations.
  • Oversees dashboards, as well as relationships with Vendor Account Managers to foster opportunity for system improvements, integrations, and automations.
  • Works closely with Inside Sales Coordinators to manage vendor work orders (routing, exceptions, issues, approvals) to help see installs to completion as well as managing and reporting work order cost to Inside Sales Supervisor and Accounting, monthly.
  • Interacts with outside vendor technicians as well as internal Business Development and BPOs (sales) to schedule sales installations, service requests and other customer needs as necessary.
  • Manages own caseloads associated primarily with posting and managing vendor work orders as well as rescheduling outstanding appointments with unpaired devices.
  • Assist team members with troubleshooting, escalating, and reporting technical difficulties.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas through ensuring vendor installs are completed in a timely manner with low work order costs.
  • Helps to build and manage department reporting specific to vendor installs and general department reporting on an as needed basis.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of inside sales experience.
  • Specify any technical expertise or specialized knowledge required for this position.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams).
Physical Requirements-Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
  • Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)

Compensation:
