Reliable Premium Management (RPM) is a company that facilitates the calculation, collection, and remittal of work comp insurance premium payments on behalf of businesses nationwide. We value personalized, friendly service and truly believe in working to make insurance easier for our customers.

The Inside Sales/Customer Service position entails working in a casual office setting to provide support to our New Client Setup Team as well as Client Relations Team on client outreach and customer service.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of company technology, products and services
• Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure efficiency and completion of necessary tasks.
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop specific strategies to enhance processes
• Provide clarification to customer questions while looking for cues to upsell products and services
• Reach out to clients who have signed up for our service and complete the necessary steps in the set up of their account
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide necessary support and answer general inquires
• Documentation of correspondence with clients and agents

Skills Desired:

• Customer Service skills with a strong professional attitude & work ethic
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to be a team player and/or work independently
• Can successfully handle and prioritize multiple work assignments

Education/Experience desired:

• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
